Shipping Rates

Please allow up to 3 days for processing and shipping. Orders shipped within the state of Georgia are subject to 7% sales tax. UPS rates start at $10; USPS Priority Mail rates start at $5. Shipping insurance is highly recommended for orders placed through the USPS (Post Office).

Delicafiné accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that your credit card statement will list Delicafiné as Made By Mary Ann.

Guarantee

Each piece is made with great care to last a life-time for you! If anything breaks under normal wear and tear conditions, Delicafiné will fix your piece for up to ONE YEAR from purchase date free of charge (shipping charges applicable). Please note that certain items may or may not be available, and in the unlikely event something breaks, substitutions may be necessary.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, exchange, or resize within 14 days. Resizing fees will vary. Custom designs are non-returnable. Earrings are non-returnable due to health reasons. All sales final on sale and clearance items. Shipping charges are applied on all exchanges.

To Return

Please return the piece in its original condition with receipt via prepaid insured mail and contact us ahead of time with the piece information, the reason for return, and the expected arrival date.

Resizing Fees

Resizing fees start at $3.00. Due to the nature of the designs, some items may not be resizable. Please contact us prior to ordering for a resizing fee quote.
